In this case, we got to design a custom countertop in length so it can fill the available space. The embodied indirect wood-fired oven and the charcoal grill can be used simultaneously. The wood-fired oven is constructed to detail, in design and materials, for slow cooking; the key factor to a well-cooked dish.
The charcoal grill system is constructed to provide a multiple-grilling experience. Small spits for "kontosouvli", along with larger ones, a charcoal grill to roast two whole lambs and two spits of meat or kokoretsi at the same time.
