In this case, we got to design a custom countertop in length so it can fill the available space. A countertop next to the charcoal grill it's almost a necessity, as it really is what helps the griller prepare or cut the roasts. For hygiene reasons, it's best to choose an easy to clean material for the countertop surface.

The embodied indirect wood-fired oven and the charcoal grill can be used simultaneously. The wood-fired oven is constructed to detail, in design and materials, for slow cooking; the key factor to a well-cooked dish.

The charcoal grill system is constructed to provide a multiple-grilling experience. Small spits for "kontosouvli", along with larger ones, a charcoal grill to roast two whole lambs and two spits of meat or kokoretsi at the same time.

Happy grilling and cooking, Makis!
